ICE CREAM and i sreammmm

Swensen's ice cream is like how good (: and it taste even better when you are eating it for free with good company. Even a chocolate hater (yes, i actually dislike chocolate) like me enjoyed my chocolate icecream tremendously. I seriously cannot resist icecream at all. The great feeling of this sweet creamy thing melting it your mouth, occasionally with some nuts or chips to enhace the taste, its almost heavenly. Good ice cream really does make the worst day a whole lot better and a great day ultimate. Its pretty amazing how this non-living thing can make me go gaga and brighten up the darkest of my day. Ahhh, the power good ice cream ... and good food of course (:

Nothing in this world is free. Realised this very simple fact today after dragging my aching feet around orchard with charm and xun, hopping from shop to shop to plead for sponsorship. But realised as you lose something, you will gain something in return as well, so its never about just putting in effort without getting anything in return. Its about whether you are aware of what you have gained. So why sit there and cry because the whole world seemed to have forsaken you, instead be glad that you are given a chance to be strong and to have some quiet time on your own to enjoy the solitude. See it as a chance for yourself to make a decision yourself, not that you are all alone to fend for yourself.

Something that Roystan Tan said today seemed to have struck me. Though i cant really pinpoint what, but i was impressed about how he was willing to pursue his passion, making all the sacrifices and forgoing all the riches in the world just to do something he loved. And also he was willing to help others pursue their dreams, to realise their desires, and let them work towards their passion. (: Its like living a life that you would really want to instead of leading a life that is safe and secure. It really does take a whole lot of courage to step out of your comfort zone and work towards a goal that is so blur or a goal that might not even be in sight.

Emotions: A mental state that arises spontaneously rather than through conscious effort and is often accompanied by physiological changes. How it likes to play with us yeah? I'm running baby. sorry.
