I sat amidst the bustle in the canteen
Laughter and words seem void to me
Deafness...
I turned my eyes on to the field
Needle-like raindrops struck the ground with grace and periodicity
Mynahs flocked onto the field, colonizing it
Waiting patiently for the innocent worms
The rusted goalposts stood erectedlike a mighty general that has passed his prime
I held up my teh-c
And took a sip of piping hot drink
This is peace..
