Mugging is seriously very tiring. Very. I've been lapsing into semi-consciousness every 40mins of so, and taking subconscious naps for the past few hours. And yes, in my attempt to stop taking so many naps, ive been junking like crazy, which is really not a good thing at all. Of course, you can imagine my shock and horror when i woke up this morning after a 10hour sleep to see crystal's sms that updated me of her sleeping hours. She went to be bed at 4am! gosh, i went to bed at 4pm just now for the 5th time today. Ah great, and i was still boasting of mugging till 3am. But i shan't be too pessimistic, because i only slept 4h earlier than i mean to (despite taking a 3h afternoon nap). This is real bad, someone plse teach me a way to keep awake. :( Ever since i've gotten over my pre-promo stress which lasted less than a day, i've been enjoying life more and more. I really do find it rather pleasant to be scribbling away for a while, flipping through my beautifully decorated notes, then trooping downstairs to get some snacks when i'm feeling bored or laying there on my bed, daydreaming and reflecting. Yes, its good life isnt it? And the weather is being really kind as well... with warm (but not scorching) sunlight streaming into my room and my neighbour's palm trees shading out part of the rays so that it wont be too glaring and yet, the light can still pass through into my room. My study table is cluttered with rough paper, tutorials and notes, sharing the space with tys-es, my pretty little green i-pod, handphone and when the need arises. And yeah, as you might have guessed, there's traces of half-eaten snacks lying around as well. 1 week more to the first paper and 2 weeks more to the end of promos. Seems that im neither looking forward nor dreading it, im just facing it so very calmly. I'm at peace. (: Figured that its really rather unfair to just sing praises for my new found sevenD and forget about all my other loser friends so here goes... Someone once asked me a question so profound,
even though simple it might sound.
"Do you have a best friend?"
I really could not take a stand.
A straighforward question you might think,
One we should answer in a blink.
But i though for the whole day,
Still, a definite answer i could not say.
Huien my honeybuns,
The times with her are always so fun.
Even though we might be really embarrassing,
But every single minute, i have been enjoying.
When i fall down,
She will laugh instead of giving a frown,
But i know she'll never betray me for a crown,
Or desert me to go shopping at the town.
Priscilla, no doubt the biggest loser ive ever met,
I wouldnt be surprised if she tripped on a mat.
I derive my greatest pleasure from teasing that poor girl,
But at the end of the day, i know i still love her.
Though we are like night and day,
Every moment we spend together, is really very gay!
(oops, no pun intended i should say.)
Ernie, that sweet little thing,
is of course the first person i would give a ring,
when im going to have my wedding.
I miss those times we would laugh with glee,
At how kenneth lui has a crush on me!
As for DJ, i no need say,
everytime go out, she will pay.
This kind of got money friend,
Will make sure i never have to eat sand.
Of course, have to pay a price,
Because your dignity you have to sacrifice.

Yes yes, my inspiration has run dry,
Even though this poem considered small fry.
