Great, my brother has been strolling in and out of the com room trying to get my mum's attention, so that he can show her that im using the com without her permission. But who cares man. He seems to have this supernatural ability of making me more and more irritated at him day by day. sheesh. And my mum just has to insist that ive to teach him math later. urgh.
Went out with prisc, dj and erns yest. Finally managed to get xmas presents for all my family members plus prisc's xmas cum bday present. Got my brother an adidas wallet and prisc one too (though of a diff. design). Bought myself the same wallet as well (same as prisc i mean...). So while waiting for erns and dj to come, i was writing the note to prisc while dictating it out and sitting beside her. talk abt grossness, but who cares right? its the thought that counts ;) at least i bothered to write a note to go wth the present. got my dad a fengshui bk from popular, still feeling the pinch coz i didnt bring my popular card and that means
no discount. urgh.
After prisc and dj left, me and erns were sitting in Pacific sipping coffee and savouring a slice of tiramisu, followed by a yummy bowl of cold potato salad. woah, i tell you the feeling is amazing. so we sat there chatting and nibbling, reminsicing and enjoying life. it must have been one of the most enjoyable times in my life. gee :)
Erns went orchard wth me after that to get the fengshui bk for my dad after that coz i wanted a chinese vers for him and MPH at citylink mall didnt have
any chinese bks. Talk abt trying to promote chinese in singapore. At this rate, the campaign is never going to work coz its seen as an un-cool lang. and given a "second class citizenship". Then we went taka to get dinner for my mum and brother, while erns bought a cake for her family's xmas celebration. isnt that romantic? how i wish i had a yummy cheese cake for xmas.
My batam trip has been cancelled, so that officially means no xmas celebration this yr for me. Not that i really mind not going to batam but im still hoping that i can still enjoy the festive feeling and celebrate xmas. Afterall, its not the 1st time im missing xmas (and getting no presents for xmas). But christmas is the season to enjoy the joy of
giving, so i should be enjoying myself right? afterall, i spent quite alot on presents for my family...
